Политика описывает, какие файлы cookie и аналогичные технологии использует сайт smartbild.pro, зачем они нужны, сколько хранятся и как управлять согласием. Политика дополняет Политику в отношении обработки персональных данных.
Cookie — небольшой текстовый файл, который сайт сохраняет в браузере посетителя, чтобы «узнавать» устройство при следующих посещениях. К аналогичным технологиям относятся локальное хранилище браузера (localStorage), пиксели и веб-маяки. Сайт smartbild.pro для хранения выбранного языка и состояния согласия использует localStorage — данные остаются в браузере и на сервер не передаются.
Идентификаторы cookie в совокупности с иными сведениями могут относиться к персональным данным по смыслу статьи 3 Федерального закона от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных». Поэтому Оператор придерживается следующего порядка:

Аналитические файлы устанавливаются только при согласии на категорию «Аналитические». Если счётчики на Сайте не подключены, соответствующие строки таблицы не применяются.
Сайт подключает шрифты Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). При загрузке шрифтов провайдеру передаётся IP-адрес и сведения о браузере. Встроенные карты (Яндекс.Карты или 2ГИС) и сервисы веб-аналитики, при их подключении, устанавливают собственные файлы и действуют в соответствии со своими политиками конфиденциальности. Оператор не контролирует состав таких файлов.
Изменить состав согласия можно по ссылке «Настройки cookie» в подвале любой страницы. Кроме того, любые файлы cookie можно удалить или заблокировать средствами браузера:
Отключение строго необходимых файлов приведёт к тому, что Сайт не сможет запомнить выбранный язык и решение по cookie — баннер будет появляться при каждом посещении. Остальная функциональность Сайта сохраняется.
Решение пользователя хранится 6 месяцев, после чего баннер появится снова. Баннер также появится повторно при изменении состава используемых файлов или очистке данных браузера.

This Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the smartbild.pro website uses, why they are needed, how long they are stored and how to manage your consent. It supplements the Personal Data Processing Policy.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in the visitor's browser so that the device can be recognised on later visits. Similar technologies include browser local storage (localStorage), pixels and web beacons. smartbild.pro uses localStorage to keep the selected language and the consent state — this data stays in the browser and is not sent to the server.
Cookie identifiers, combined with other information, may qualify as personal data under Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data". The Operator therefore applies the following rules:

Analytics files are set only where consent to the "Analytics" category is given. If no counters are installed on the Site, the corresponding rows do not apply.
The Site loads Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). When fonts are loaded, the provider receives the IP address and browser information. Embedded maps (Yandex Maps or 2GIS) and web analytics services, where connected, set their own files and act under their own privacy policies. The Operator does not control the contents of such files.
You can change the scope of your consent via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. Cookies can also be deleted or blocked in the browser:
Disabling strictly necessary files means the Site cannot remember the selected language or your cookie decision — the banner will appear on every visit. The rest of the Site keeps working.
Your decision is stored for 6 months, after which the banner appears again. The banner also reappears if the set of files used changes or if browser data is cleared.
